ReLAWx.com does not provide any legal advice. ASPLogix Software do not represent you as an attorney. ReLAWx.com is only a technology platform for providing communication means between law firms and its staff and its clients.

You must provide us accurate information when you create your ReLAWx.com account. Your ReLAWx.com account gives you access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. If you connect ReLAWx with a third-party service, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your login credentials for that service.

Free Trials

ReLAWx.com offers free trial access for various subscriptions. You will not be charged during your trial period.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any paid subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription before the subscription period ends, you will not be charged again but there will be no refunds made for unused credits or period. This applies to all of our plans both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Account Safety

Though our software is hosted in military grade secure servers, it is your responsibility as an User to secure all your login information and maintain confidentiality. In any case of unauthorized use of your account should be immediately notified to our support team. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords that use a combination of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party

Service Access Conditions

You must not reverse engineer, copy, adapt or reproduce any of our services other than the allowed usage of the service through your login details. All Content in or on the Service, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted by users, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Service or endorse any opinions expressed via the Service. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Service, and we cannot take responsibility for such Content. If you use or rely on any Content or materials posted via the Service or obtained by you through the Service, it is at your own risk.

You must not interfere with, or disrupt, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Service, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Service. • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.

• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.

• Copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
• Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. Data Involved in the Service

All the data involved and used in our service once you pay for the subscription is your property. However you grant ASPLogix a license to back-up your data and safekeeping as multiple backups and ensure uninterrupted service to you. A regular backup of your data is conducted to prevent data loss but ASPLogix does not guarantee that there will be no data loss due system corruption or any other reason. ASPLogix does not have any liability for data loss caused by any reason. Though ASPLogix makes every effort to safegaurd your data and follow best industry standard practices to avoid data losses.

Data Export

ASPLogix allows users to export matter data, client data in standard formats like CSV / Excel and PDF. This data can be used to import into other systems.

Account Deletion

You can request for your account to be deleted. In this case all the data and information in AspLogix can be deleted permanently. You can contact support@relawx.com with these requests.

We reserve the right at all times, but are not obligated, to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Service including your Content. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation legal process, or governmental request; (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; (iv) respond to user support requests; or (v) protect the rights, property, or safety of ASPLogix Software Inc, its users, and the public.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
